HOW DO I BUY A TICKET?
ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD ONLY THROUGH ‘DICE’ unless stated otherwise. You can access the website here or download the app.
I CAN’T ATTEND ANYMORE, HOW DO I GET A REFUND OR RESELL MY TICKET ?
Pxssy Palace does not offer refunds - tickets are only refunded when they are bought by guests on the waiting list. Once a ticket tier has sold out, the app will open up a refund option, which allows guests to sell their tickets to other users on the waiting list. If you have bought an Ally ticket, you must wait until the tier has sold out, and then request a refund in the app. The process is as follows; 1) You (user A) buy a ticket (and later you decide you want to return it) 2) The tier you bought that ticket in completely sells out 3) Somebody else (user B) joins the waiting list for this exact tier 4) You (user A) requests your ticket to be returned & refunded on DICE 5) User B is on the waiting list and gets notified by dice to purchase this ticket (within the time frame of an hour) and user B purchases this ticket 6) User A gets a full refund PLEASE NOTE: if the tier does not sell out or another user on the waiting list does not buy your ticket, you will not get a refund.
I AM ON THE WAITING LIST, WILL I GET A TICKET?
IF your ticket tier has sold out and you sign up for the waiting list for that tier, you will be notified if and when a ticket in that tier becomes available. Unfortunately you are not guaranteed a ticket, but if one becomes available you’ll have an hour to purchase it.
COVID-19
Entry to Pxssy Palace is only permitted if you provide the following; proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR within 24 hours. Tests are available for free here. A selfie with the registered COVID test on it. The text or email with the full name of the guest + the registered negative test PLEASE NOTE: Proof of double or triple vaccination is not accepted for entry. If you cannot provide proof there will be no entry and you will not be entitled to a refund. Please note that Pxssy Palace will not be collecting or storing any of your data.
IM CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT TICKET TO BUY!
We understand that these categorisations can be anxiety inducing for those who are still figuring out who they are or for those who have low income. Please note that our tiers should serve as a guide and you should pay what you can regardless of who you are. However, please do keep in mind that larger contributions help support PP’s dream of being a sustainable and equitable Black & Brown Queer & Trans led space and also allow us to give more free tickets away to low income QTIBPOC. We do not police this, you make this decision on how you feel you should pay. BIPOC ONLY! QUEER WOMEN, TRANS & ENBY This ticket tier is for queer women, trans & non binary guests who are ALSO Black, Indigenous or People of Colour. This is the cheapest ticket tier; because, as these groups are the most vulnerable within LGBTQIA+ community, this is who the party is for. BIPOC ONLY! QUEER CISGENDER MEN This ticket tier is for queer cisgender men who are ALSO Black, Indigenous or People of Colour. ALLIES - WHITE TRANS & QUEER/STRAIGHT BIPOC WOMEN This ticket tier is for white queer & trans people and also for straight BIPOC women as these two groups are allies of the space. STRAIGHT CISGENDERED MEN This ticket is for straight cidgender men. Don’t come unless you are willing to pay £100
I CANNOT AFFORD A TICKET, CAN I STILL COME?
We have a number of free or discounted tickets for QTBIPOC (Queer & Trans Black, Indigenous & People Of Colour) guests in our community who cannot afford to pay full price. For access to this please email hello@pxssypalace.com with your full name and what ticket type you need (free or pay what you can afford). Please note that the guestlist is closes at 11PM and you must follow the COVID-19 policy outlined above
IS THERE A CLOAKROOM?
Yes. There is always a paid cloakroom available at our events unless stated otherwise. Pxssy Palace uses different venues from time to time, so if in doubt please contact the venue listed and tagged on the event poster.

COME AS YOU ARE
WHAT IS PP SUPPORT?
The role of PP Support is to bridge the gap between party goers and the security/venue team and look out for your wellbeing. They are trained by Pxssy Palace and Good Night Out who work with nightlife spaces and organisations to better understand, respond to, and prevent sexual harassment and assault through specialist training and policy support. Please use PP Support if you have anxiety, can’t find your friends/areas within the venue and to report sexual harassment. PP Support are identifiable by their pink light up armbands and there will be 5-15 working on the night depending on the venue. There will also be an area within the club dedicated to PP Support. Please check our venue map that is posted before the club night to find out where.
DO YOU HANDLE LOST PROPERTY FOR YOUR EVENTS?
Lost property is handled by the venue in which our event takes place. Please contact the venue directly if you’ve lost something.
I BOUGHT THE WRONG TICKET, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you bought the wrong ticket, please donate what you owe to the taxi fund (linked in our IG bio) and label it with your name.
HOW DO I CLAIM A FREE TAXI HOME?
If you’re a trans or disabled BIPOC, we offer a free or subsidised taxi home. Please let us know on your way into the party if you need to use this service. There is a designated area for taxi inquiries (usually by the cash desk). Please note that the taxi service stops 30min before the end of each event.
HOW DO I DONATE TO THE TAXI FUND?
You can donate via the Paypal link in our IG bio or with cash/card at our events. When sending through Paypal please remember to label your payment with ‘Taxi Fund’ and to send through ‘family and friends’.
WHAT MUSIC DO YOU PLAY?
The music will vary throughout the night from Club, Jersey, House, Ballroom, Jersey, R&G, Techno, Bollywood, Garage, Gqom, UK Funky, Dembow, Bass, Footwork and much, much more. One room will always be dedicated to DJs who play R&B, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Bashment and Pop. We book DJs who make noise, tell stories, teach us something new and hold our emotions of joy, rage and sadness. We encourage you to check them out before the show and support them on and off the dancefloor.
IS PXSSY PALACE A SAFE SPACE ?
Whilst we make every effort to ensure Pxssy Palace is as comfortable for our community as possible, like any club night, it is impossible for us to provide a completely safe space. The issues we fight against in our daily lives also translate into our experiences at the club. Regrettably, predators are covert and everywhere and while we will have systems in place to support you at our events (such as PP Support), we do not have control over, nor are we responsible for, how people behave in, or outside, the club. Remember, the safest space is the crew you roll with, keep your circle tight.
CAN I COME ALONE?
Of course! The first hour of our parties is always dedicated to people attending on their own, so we encourage you to come down and mingle with other solo partiers. PP Support will be there to welcome you in.
I DONT HAVE ID, CAN I STILL GET IN?
This is at security’s discretion and it is up to you to take the risk on the door. Security understands that our trans guests may look different on their ID.
DO YOU SELL TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
No. We do not sell tickets on the door at any of our parties unless stated otherwise.
I FEEL UNSAFE WHEN I LEAVE THE VENUE, WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Pxssy Palace cannot control the environment outside of the club however we book security to manage the space outside the venue for 30 minutes after closing time. We suggest leaving promptly when the party ends and staying in groups where possible.
WHY DO YOU ALLOW ‘ALLIES’ TO ATTEND THE SPACE?
There are many QTBIPOC folk who do not yet have friends or connections within the community - therefore they may need to bring along a straight or white friend for support. Also, allies paying more by purchasing a ticket from their correct tier means that we are able to keep ticket prices low for our community, as well as distribute more free and discounted tickets to low income folk. We do however only hold a limited number of ticket for allies and insist that those attending remember that they are guests in our space and remain mindful of how much space that they take up.
